Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. She was born Patsy McClenny, on February 3 in 1950. The actress gained fame in the late 70s and early 80s through the roles she played in numerous TV shows in which she was depicted as a glamorous actress. Fairchild started her acting career from 1973-1977 during the run of CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. She made her debut on the premiertime soap opera Dallas as the first actress in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Television Series Drama). In 1984, she starred alongside ABC's short lived primetime soap Paper Dolls. Between 1985 to 1986, Fairchild was the lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor in the theater, and has appeared in guest roles in TV comedies, such as Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends. Fairchild is also a SAG-AFTRA board membership.
