Emma Rose Kenney has been an actress for over 10 years. She played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in Shameless in the year 2011 to 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her character on the 10th season of Roseanne and its spin-off The Conners. Kenney was an New York City native born in the fall of 1999.
