Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 in 1992) is a Canadian actress. She has played Felicity as Felicity in The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards was born on the coast of British Columbia, is Canadian. She started her career in acting from a young age, studying musical theatre, dance as well as other types of entertainment. She completed her acting essentials course through Vancouver Film School. Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. After completing the program and attending an audition open to the public, which gained her an agent. Alida Vocal Studio was her school of choice in Vancouver.
